At the height of the season, nothing beats a ripe, juicy peach. That is, nothing except the addition of creamy vanilla custard.
2 ripe peaches
1 tsp. sugar
1 jar of Vanilla Bliss
Preheat a grill or grill pan on medium high. Cut peaches in half and remove the pits. Sprinkle exposed fruit with sugar. Lightly oil the grill and place fruit, sugared side down on a hot grill for 4-5 minutes. Transfer peaches to a dish and top with half of a jar of Vanilla Bliss custard. Dig in.
